Bonimesi was born from a passing of the torch between generations, on a hidden hillside in the Ligurian hinterland. From Bartolomeo to Giovanni, a deep connection to the land became a shared vision: to bring a quiet excellence beyond these hills, without losing its authenticity.

Grown at 400 meters above sea level, between mountains and sea, our olives benefit from a rare natural balance. Cold winters protect the fruit, allowing a clean, fully ripened harvest without chemical treatments.

Monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grown at high altitude and naturally protected by the winter cold, our Taggiasca olives are harvested at full ripeness and milled on the same day to preserve their freshness and nutritional value. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive fragrance, naturally rich in antioxidants, featuring delicate notes of bitter almond and a gentle peppery finish. Very low acidity and peroxide levels further attest to its outstanding quality.
